Reservationist - Part Time

The Reservation Agent is primarly responsible to handle guest room reservation requests for the hotel, provide guests with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Must be able to type 35 wpm and have excellent communication skills.

Please Note:  must be able to work both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays

* 1 to 2 years of prior hotel front desk or reservationist experience
* Excellent communication and computer skills
