Description:
The Intermediate Line Cook will report directly to the Sous Chef. Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures is required. This position should have culinary knowledge and skill levels appropriate for the cold kitchen, restaurant, pantry, banquet preparation, and the pastry areas to help with simple food productions.
This position will assure the promptness of food preparation service in the restaurants and in banquets. Professional cooking preparation of braised food, grilling, broiling, blanching, cooking, sautéed items, and the preparation of stocks, soups, dressings, salads, and sauces are required. Maintaining the sanitary practices of utensils and equipment, and sustaining a clean and safe work area is necessary.

Qualifications
* Good communication skills
* 4 years restaurant/hotel cooking experience
* Breakfast experience strongly preferred
* Culinary degree a plus!
